• Member hereby grants the House Box an irrevocable, non-cancellable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights, for the purpose of promoting and redistributing part or all of the website and content therein (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels now or hereafter known. These rights are required by the House Box to display your listing.

• The House Box may at any time, without liability to you, remove or alter your listing with or without prior notice for the sole purpose of providing an accurate, complete and up to date database.
